By signing in to riabody, you agree to these terms. They cover what riabody offers, what we expect from you, and what we don't promise. "We," "us," and "riabody" refer to the operator of this service.
What riabody is
riabody is a personal health-tracking tool for logging food, drinks, heart readings, workouts, and body measurements, and viewing trends over time. riabody is not a medical device. The information it shows is not medical advice. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. The data you enter is yours; you are responsible for its accuracy. Use one account per person, and don't share access or impersonate others.
Acceptable use
Don't use riabody to harass others, access accounts that aren't yours, scrape the service, attempt to disrupt it, or otherwise abuse it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Service availability
riabody is offered on an "as is" basis, without uptime guarantees. The service may change, or be discontinued. If we discontinue it, we'll aim to give reasonable notice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of riabody.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of riabody after a change means you accept the updated terms.
